目的建立用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定止咳糖浆盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法本次选取宣清止咳糖浆进行测定,选取十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶作为填充剂,流动相为6:94的甲醇-0.01mol/L的磷酸二氢钾,检测波长为212nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱的进样量处于9.79-97.9μg/m L之间时呈现出良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.24%,RSD为0.82%(n=6)。结论运用此种方法测定宣清止咳糖浆中的盐酸麻黄碱的含量准确可靠,方法简便且具有良好的重复性。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of cough syrup ephedrine hydrochloride content. Methods The cough syrup was selected for determination. The octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as the filler. The mobile phase consisted of 6: 94 methanol - 0.01 mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate and the detection wavelength was 212 nm. Results Ephedrine hydrochloride showed a good linearity when it was in the range of 9.79-97.9μg / mL with r = 0.9998, the average recovery was 98.24% and the RSD was 0.82% (n = 6). Conclusions The method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in declared cough syrup is accurate and reliable. The method is simple and has good repeatability.
