小儿低镁血症151例临床分析

低镁血症在儿科并非少见,镁缺乏可影响细胞内多种酶的正常功能,引起机体多系统的功能障碍,但多合并其它疾病使低镁血症临床症状不典型,易被忽略。现将我院自1994年9月～1995年3月通过血清镁检测确诊为低镁血症的151例报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 本组均为住院患者,其中男性110例,女性41例,男女比为2.7:1,年龄:～28天3例,～1岁97例,～2岁30例,～3岁11例,～4岁7例,5岁以上

Hypomagnesemia is not uncommon in pediatrics, magnesium deficiency can affect the normal function of a variety of enzymes in the cells, causing multiple system dysfunction, but more common in other diseases so that the clinical symptoms of hypomagnesemia are not typical, easily overlooked. Now our hospital from September 1994 to March 1995 by serum magnesium test was diagnosed as hypomagnesemia 151 cases are as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group were hospitalized patients, including 110 males and 41 females, male to female ratio of 2.7: 1, age: ~ 28 days in 3 cases, ~ 1 year old in 97 cases, ~ 2 years in 30 cases, 3 years old in 11 cases, ~ 4 years in 7 cases, 5 years of age or older
