目的:研究养血清脑颗粒中2种主要有效成分芍药苷和阿魏酸在大鼠不同肠段的肠外翻模型中的吸收动力学特征。方法:采用大鼠肠外翻模型,高效液相色谱法测定含量,计算养血清脑颗粒中芍药苷和阿魏酸的吸收参数,分析其在不同部位的吸收特征。结果:养血清脑颗粒中芍药苷和阿魏酸在各肠段均为线性吸收,相关系数的平方(R2)均达到0.9以上,符合零级吸收速率。肠道不同部位的吸收实验表明,其最佳吸收部位为回肠。结论:养血清脑颗粒中芍药苷和阿魏酸在肠道不同部位吸收均符合零级吸收速率。
OBJECTIVE: To study the absorption kinetics of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in two kinds of parenteral models of different intestine in Yangxue Qingnao Granules. Methods: The contents of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in Yangxue Qingnao Granules were determined by the rat model of parenteral eversion and the content of ferulic acid. The absorption characteristics of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid were analyzed. Results: Paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in Yangxue Qingnao Granules were linearly absorbed in all intestine segments. The square of correlation coefficient (R2) reached above 0.9, which accorded with zero-order absorption rate. Absorption experiments in different parts of the intestine showed that the best absorption site for the ileum. CONCLUSION: Paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in Yangxue Qingnao granules absorbed in different parts of the intestine all accorded with zero-order absorption rate.
