目的 :研究中药细辛GC指纹图谱的建立方法。方法 :利用毛细管气相色谱对细辛提取物进行分析 ,选择适宜的程序升温条件 ,并利用GC/MS技术确认指纹图谱中的特征指纹信息。结果 :获得了较为理想的包含特征信息的细辛GC指纹图谱。结论 :用本研究确定的分析条件所获得的指纹图谱可较全面地反映细辛的化学成分 ,为细辛药材的质量控制提供有效手段。
Objective : To study the establishment of GC fingerprint of Asarum sinensis. Methods : Capillary gas chromatography was used to analyze the Asarum extract, and the suitable temperature-programmed conditions were selected. The fingerprint information in the fingerprint was confirmed by GC/MS. RESULTS : A better Asarum GC fingerprint with characteristic information was obtained. Conclusion: The fingerprints obtained with the analytical conditions determined in this study can reflect the chemical composition of Asarum comprehensively and provide an effective means for the quality control of Asarum materials.
