1991年至1995年8月,作者在年龄小于3岁,体重低于15kg、婴幼儿麻醉中,试用成人麻醉机12例,报告如下。 临床资料 本组共12例,男7例,女5例,年龄3个月~36个月,体重6.5~14kg,平均年龄为25.6个月,平均体重为10.1kg。手术包括脑外伤、脾破裂、唇裂修补,左肾母细胞瘤等,麻醉时间95~265min,平均125min。 上述病例均需气管插管全麻。而我院无小儿麻醉机及Bain装置,故试用成人麻醉机代替12例临床上未发现CO_2蓄积现象,监测呼出气CO_2(ETCO_2),ETCO_24.7~5.6kPa,平均5.3kPa。
From 1991 to August 1995, the author tried 12 adult anesthesia machines under the age of 3 years old, weighing less than 15kg, anesthesia in infants and young children. The report is as follows. Clinical data The group of 12 patients, 7 males and 5 females, aged 3 months to 36 months, body weight 6.5 ~ 14kg, the average age of 25.6 months, the average weight of 10.1kg. Surgery, including traumatic brain injury, splenic rupture, repair of cleft lip, left nephroblastoma, anesthesia time 95 ~ 265min, an average of 125min. The above cases need tracheal intubation general anesthesia. However, there was no pediatric anesthesia machine and Bain device in our hospital. Therefore, 12 adult patients without anesthesia machine were used to replace CO 2 accumulation, and the exhaled CO 2 (ETCO 2) and ETCO 24.7 ~ 5.6 kPa were monitored, with an average of 5.3 kPa.
