对微Nb合金化新型热作模具钢退火工艺进行了优化。结果表明:实验钢球化退火工艺(860℃保温1 h,随炉冷至760℃保温3 h,再炉冷至560℃后出炉空冷到室温)为合适的退火工艺。
The micro-Nb alloying new hot work die steel annealing process was optimized. The results show that the proper annealing process is the proper annealing process (annealing at 860 ℃ for 1 h, cooling in the furnace at 760 ℃ for 3 h, reheating to 560 ℃ and air cooling to room temperature).
