黄嘌呤氧化酶与发光剂作用后产生的本底发光值与测定的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量呈反比关系,这是各实验室正常值不完全相同的原因之一。标本的溶血程度影响丙二醛(MDA)的数值,二者呈反比关系;标准液四乙氧基丙烷的应用液存放时间过长可致样品结果偏高。将氯仿甲醇的比例由2∶1改为1∶1后可以增加提取脂褐素样品液体的透明度,而且提取率增加。不同组织中及不同取材方法,脂褐素的含量也不同。
The correlation between the background luminescence and the measured superoxide dismutase (SOD) content produced by the interaction of xanthine oxidase and luminophore is inversely proportional to the content of normalized superoxide dismutase (SOD), which is one of the reasons why the normal values in laboratories are not exactly the same. The hemolytic degree of the specimen affected the value of malondialdehyde (MDA), which was inversely proportional to each other. The application liquid of tetraethoxy propane in the standard solution could cause too high sample storage time. Changing the ratio of chloroform to methanol from 2: 1 to 1: 1 increased the clarity of the lipofuscin sample, and the extraction rate increased. Different organizations and different methods, lipofuscin content is also different.
