通过运用问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等方法,对当前江苏省中学生参加阳光体育活动情况进行调研分析。结果发现:江苏省中学生不同程度地参加了阳光体育活动;活动的时段以白天为主;他们在选择活动项目、形式时都带有明显的性别和年龄特征;他们参加阳光体育活动的动机不是单一的,而是多层次的;运动场所的不足和运动器材的短缺是影响他们参加阳光体育活动的主要因素。对策:统一思想,认识开展阳光体育的重要性;扩大宣传,营造开展阳光体育的气氛;制定方案,开展特色阳光体育;加大投入,长期有效地开展阳光体育。
Through the use of questionnaires, literature and mathematical statistics and other methods, the current Jiangsu Province to participate in sunshine sports activities for secondary school students to conduct research and analysis. The results showed that middle school students in Jiangsu Province participated in sunshine sports activities to varying degrees; the time periods of activities were dominated by daytime; they all had obvious gender and age characteristics when choosing activities and forms; their motivation to participate in sunshine sports activities was not single But rather multi-level; the lack of sports venues and the shortage of sports equipment are the main factors that affect their participation in sunshine sports activities. Countermeasures: Unify thinking and understanding the importance of carrying out sunshine sports; expand publicity to create an atmosphere of sunshine sports; formulate plans and carry out sunshine sports with special features; increase investment and carry out sunshine sports in a long-term and effective manner.
