目前,国内大部分龙门刨床的走刀装置均采用仿苏的涨圈结构。结构中的涨圈极易磨损,很快会失去原有配合精度,引起走刀量不均匀。因此,就需要经常进行调节涨圈;甚至调换新的。而该零件制造工艺又较复杂,特别是对铸铁的材质要求较高。为此,有很多工厂对龙门刨床走刀机构进行了液压改装。我厂采用电磁离合器对B210型龙门刨床走刀机构作了改装的尝试。通过五年多生产实践考验,证明改装基本上是可行的。现将该结构原理简介如下:
