普通机床的安装调试、精度检测是设备改造的一个重要环节。以C6132型普通机床为研究对象,对主传动系统及数控系统进行机电联调,调整坐标轴和驱动特性的参数及机床性能检验的3个方法 ,阐述了主传动系统的大修安装与调试、数控系统的安装与调试、机床稳定性检验和精度检验等多方面的问题,可为普通机床进行数控技术改造提供借鉴。
The installation of ordinary machine debugging, precision testing equipment transformation is an important part. Taking C6132 ordinary machine tool as the research object, three methods of electromechanical joint adjustment of main drive system and numerical control system, adjustment of parameters of shaft and driving characteristics and machine tool performance inspection are described. The overhaul installation and debugging of main drive system, System installation and commissioning, machine stability testing and accuracy testing and many other issues, can provide reference for ordinary CNC machine tools for technological transformation.
