本文对浮选流程的动态特性进行了计算机仿真研究。为此在IBM—PC/XT微型机上建立了浮选流程动态仿真器CSUDYNFLOT。本文详细叙述了仿真器的数学模型和程序结构。根据浮选流程的特点建立了6种子模块,使仿真器能面向流程结构。最后给出了动态仿真的应用实例。
In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of the flotation process were studied by computer simulation. To this end in the IBM-PC / XT microcomputers set up a flotation process dynamics simulator CSUDYNFLOT. This article describes in detail the mathematical model of the simulator and program structure. According to the characteristics of the flotation process to establish six kinds of sub-modules, the simulator can be oriented to the process structure. Finally, the application of dynamic simulation is given.
