采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及能谱等分析手段研究了DD6单晶合金与陶瓷型壳的界面反应。结果表明:DD6高温合金与陶瓷型壳的界面反应产物主要是Al2O3和Hf O2,同时伴随着少量Ta元素的析出;界面反应层的厚度为5~6μm,反应产物在合金/型壳界面的富集,能够抑制氧化反应的进一步进行;高温下DD6合金与陶瓷型壳润湿角为145~150°,降低型壳内表面的气孔率能够减少毛细作用的产生,从而有效抑制界面反应的产生。
The interface reaction between DD6 single crystal alloy and ceramic shell was studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results show that the interfacial reaction products between DD6 superalloy and ceramic shell are mainly Al2O3 and Hf O2 with the accompanying precipitation of a small amount of Ta. The interfacial reaction layer has a thickness of 5 ~ 6μm. The reaction products are rich in alloy / shell interface Which can inhibit the further oxidation reaction. The wetting angle of DD6 alloy and ceramic shell is 145 ~ 150 ° at high temperature. Decreasing the porosity of the inner surface of the shell can reduce the capillary action and effectively suppress the interfacial reaction.
