我国地域辽阔,区域之间的社会经济发展水平和地形地貌差异较大,各地的村庄布局也表现出不同的特征。文章以江西分宜县钤山镇为例,按照新型城镇化提出的总体要求,研究针对低山丘陵地区乡镇村庄分布的特点,并依据“区域一体,规模集聚、政府主导、农民参与、因村施策、整合资源、生态优先、特色保护、严格保护耕地”的规划原则,通过镇村体系规划与人口发展引导,合理构架村庄类型体系,提出优化布局的相应发展策略,旨在对低山丘陵地区乡镇村庄布点规划具有一定的指导意义。
