目的:探讨肿瘤标志物鳞状细胞癌抗原(squamous cell carcinoma associated antigen,SCC)和高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(high-risk human papillomavirus,HR-HPV)载量与宫颈鳞癌临床分期的关系。方法:收集130例宫颈鳞癌样本(新疆维吾尔族),包括早期宫颈鳞癌组60例(包括ⅠB1、ⅡA<4 cm)和中-晚期宫颈鳞癌组70例(包括ⅡB、Ⅲ、ⅣA期),宫颈炎为对照组50例。采用化学发光法检测SCC和采用HC-II检测HR-HPV载量。结果:宫颈鳞癌组血清SCC的含量明显高于宫颈炎组(P<0.05),中-晚期宫颈鳞癌明显高于早期宫颈鳞癌(P<0.05);宫颈鳞癌组HR-HPV载量明显高于宫颈炎组(P<0.05),中-晚期宫颈鳞癌明显高于早期宫颈鳞癌(P<0.05);早期宫颈鳞癌HR-HPV载量主要在10.00~99.99和100.00~分布,占98.3%,中-晚宫颈鳞癌主要在100.00~分布,占85.7%。结论:在新疆维吾尔族患者中,SCC值与HR-HPV载量与宫颈鳞癌分析呈正相关关系;两者联合检测对宫颈鳞癌诊断更有临床指导意义。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between tumor markers squamous cell carcinoma associated antigen (SCC) and high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) and clinical stage of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: A total of 130 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (Uygur nationality) were collected, including 60 cases of early cervical squamous cell carcinoma (including ⅠB1 and ⅡA <4 cm) and 70 cases of medium-advanced squamous cell carcinoma of cervix (including ⅡB, Ⅲ and ⅣA ), Cervicitis as control group 50 cases. Chemiluminescence detection of SCC and HC-II detection of HR-HPV load. Results: The content of serum SCC in cervical squamous cell carcinoma group was significantly higher than that in cervicitis group (P <0.05), while in squamous cell carcinoma of middle-late stage was significantly higher than that of early stage cervical squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.05) (P <0.05), and the rate of cervical squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that of early stage cervical squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.05). The HR-HPV load of early cervical squamous cell carcinoma was mainly between 10.00-99.99 and 100.00 ~ Accounting for 98.3%, medium-late cervical squamous cell carcinoma mainly in 100.00 ~ distribution, accounting for 85.7%. Conclusion: There is a positive correlation between SCC value and HR-HPV load and cervical squamous cell carcinoma in Uighur patients in Xinjiang Uygur nationality. Combined detection of SCC value and HR-HPV has a clinical significance in the diagnosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
