本文介绍了一种新型的印刷电路板测试设备,文中提出了利用图论对印刷电路板进行描述,利用图的运算进行故障定位的思想,并将其运用到设备的软件设计中,从而使该设备故障检测率高,故障信息简洁,对开路故障具有精确定位的功能。文中还介绍了设备在硬件设计中的一些特色。
This paper introduces a new type of printed circuit board testing equipment, the paper put forward the use of graph theory to describe the printed circuit board, the use of graph computing fault location ideas, and its application to the device software design, so that the High equipment failure detection rate, fault information is simple, accurate positioning of open-circuit fault function. The article also introduced some characteristics of the hardware in the device design.
