当前商业模式评价研究还是处于初级阶段。但是,若不能科学评估商业模式,那么商业模式设计、创新或者重塑的质量难以定性,将有极大可能引致灾难性的后果。从现实运营的角度来看,任何商业模式必然依赖于特定规则的编排,使得价值创造和价值获取活动重复进行。因而,评价商业模式的问题可转化为如何评价其核心规则。为此,文中提取核心规则的3个属性:一致性、约束性和适应性,并科学分析基于规则的商业模式评价原理、路径和策略。这事实上开辟了一条有前景的研究路径,让商业模式评价实质性帮助到企业、投资者、政府和研究者决策。
The current business model evaluation is still in its infancy. However, if the business model can not be scientifically assessed, the quality of the business model design, innovation, or remodeling can be difficult to characterize and will have the most to the disastrous consequences. From a realistic operational point of view, any business model necessarily relies on the orchestration of specific rules that duplicate the value creation and value-capturing activities. Thus, evaluating the business model can translate into how to evaluate its core rules. To this end, the article extracts three attributes of the core rules: consistency, binding and adaptability, and scientifically analyzes the rules-based business model evaluation principles, paths and strategies. This in fact opens up a promising path to research that allows business model evaluations to materially help make decisions for businesses, investors, governments and researchers.
