目的了解大学生军训期间膳食与营养状况,为指导大学生的合理膳食提供依据。方法选取江西农业大学2012级学生50名,采用24 h膳食记录法和称重法调查军训前与军训中连续5 d的膳食摄入状况。结果军训前与军训中各类食物摄入量比较,男、女生谷类、蛋类、奶类,男生肉类和女生水果类日平均摄入量差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);各主要营养素摄入量比较,男、女生能量、碳水化合物、维生素A,以及男生钙、蛋白质和女生维生素C摄入量差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。男、女生三大营养素供能比较为合理。结论军训期间学生各种营养素的摄入量均有所增加,大多数营养素的摄入量已经超过推荐量。
Objective To understand the dietary and nutritional status of college students during military training and to provide a basis for guiding the reasonable diet of college students. Methods Fifty students of grade 2012 were selected from Jiangxi Agricultural University. The dietary intakes of five years before and after military training were investigated by 24 h dietary record method and weighing method. Results Compared with the intake of various foods in military training and military training before and after military training, the daily average intake of fruits of cereal, eggs, milk, boys and girls in boys and girls were significantly different (P <0.05) There was significant difference in the intake of vitamin C among the male and female energy, carbohydrates, vitamin A, calcium, protein and female students in boys and girls (P <0.05). Male and female three nutrients for more reasonable. Conclusion During the military training students intake of various nutrients have increased, most of the nutrient intake has exceeded the recommended amount.
