In this paper, Tritcn X-100 was used as an example to study the effects of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) and nonionic surfactant (NSF) interaction. It is proved that in the mixture of β-CD and NSF, when the concentration of NSF is less than or close to the CMC, the two forms of 1: 1 inclusion complex, when larger than CMC, form a mixed micelle of both. After a preliminary study, it is considered that due to the inclusion effect of β-D on NSF, the polarity of the lumen of B-CD is decreased, and the hydrophobic interaction with the chromogenic complex is enhanced; and that of the developer in the mixed micelles Partition coefficient increases, may be β-CD-NSF coloration reaction synergistic sensitizing effect of the important reasons.
