为研究轴压下双层圆钢管混凝土(CFDST)短柱的性能,进行了有限元分析。为对双层试件进行精确建模,选择合适的混凝土和钢管材料特性至关重要。将有限元法计算结果与已有的试验结果进行对比分析,验证了有限元方法的有效性。为研究不同径厚比(D/T)、混凝土立方体抗压强度以及钢材屈服应力对双层圆钢管混凝土整体性能和极限承载力的影响,建立25组模型进行参数分析。此外,对性能和质量相同的4根圆钢管混凝土(CFST)和CFDST进行了对比分析。基于EC 4,给出计算双层试件强度的新公式。对比分析结果表明,建议公式合理准确。
In order to study the performance of CFDST short columns under axial compression, finite element analysis was carried out. In order to accurately model a double-layer specimen, it is important to select the appropriate concrete and pipe material properties. The finite element method is compared with the existing experimental results to verify the effectiveness of the finite element method. In order to study the effect of D / T, compressive strength of concrete cubes and steel yield stress on the overall performance and ultimate bearing capacity of double-walled CFST, 25 models were established for parameter analysis. In addition, four CFST and CFDST with the same performance and quality were compared. Based on EC 4, a new formula for calculating the strength of double-layer specimens is given. The comparative analysis shows that the proposed formula is reasonable and accurate.
