On March 1, 2012, the National Resident’s Health Card was officially issued in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, Luoyang City, Henan Province, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, and Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. This enabled residents to share and dynamically update their health information resources such as personal electronic health records and electronic medical records. It is a reality.
