近年来,随着城市化水平的提高,城市能用土地面积日益缩减,使得在目前的工程项目建设中,通常都是将高层主楼建筑结构与低层裙房连接在一起。就目前的工程美观性分析而言,其在施工中将高层建筑结构与裙房结构分开无论是从俯视角度还是仰视角度去分析都十分合理的。但是就目前的用地资源而言,连在一起对于节能建筑十分有效。但就这种施工模式而言,其在施工中必须设置相关的变形缝,这就容易给工程施工质量和效益带来难题。因此在工程项目中采用后浇带技术进行施工,然后将其联系成为一个整体,以满足建筑工程的使用功能要求。本文就高层建筑结构施工中后浇带技术的应用与选择进行分析,并提出了相关的管理控制要点。
In recent years, with the improvement of urbanization level, the area of usable land in cities has been decreasing day by day. In the current project construction, the high-rise main building structure and the low-rise podium are usually connected together. As far as the aesthetics of the current project is concerned, it is quite reasonable to separate the high-rise building structure from the podium structure during construction from either a top-down perspective or a bottom-up perspective. But for the current land resources, together for the energy-efficient buildings is very effective. However, in terms of this construction mode, it is necessary to set the relevant deformation joints during construction, which easily brings problems to the construction quality and efficiency. Therefore, in the project using post-pouring tape technology for construction, and then contact as a whole to meet the functional requirements of the use of construction projects. This paper analyzes the application and selection of post-pouring technology in the construction of high-rise buildings, and puts forward the relevant management control points.
