随着党的十四大精神的贯彻,国家的经济生活和社会生活的各个方面,将发生一系列深刻的变化,给工会的财务工作也会带来许多新情况、新问题。当前,工会财务工作面对的新情况,集中表现在“七化”上:(1)企业性质多元化。有国营、集体、个体、合资、独资、合作等企业,尤其是农村的乡镇企业异军突起。(2)经营机制多样化。目前,企业的经营机制,主要有承包经营制、租赁经营制、股份经营制三种。(3)职工人数动态化。
