球形晶状体短指形综合征于1939年为Marchesani 首先描述,故又称 Marchesani氏综合征。其特征是:短头、宽胸、指(趾)粗短,肌肉发达,晶状体球形、脱位,青光眼及近视等。国内毛文书1959年报告1例后,陆续有几例报导。我们于1975年曾遇同胞3兄弟同患此病,兹报导如下:例1:张某,男,13岁。1975年10月21日,因右眼胀痛失明50余天,在某院诊断为青光眼转来我院。从小视力不良,但未曾戴镜。无外伤史。
Spherical lens short-finger syndrome Marchesani first described in 1939, it is also known as Marchesani’s syndrome. Its features are: short head, wide chest, finger (toe) stubby, muscular, lens spherical, dislocation, glaucoma and myopia. After the domestic Mao instruments reported 1 case in 1959, there were several reports in succession. We have encountered compatriots in three brothers in 1975 suffering from the disease, it is reported as follows: Example 1: Zhang, male, 13 years old. October 21, 1975, because of right eye pain and blindness more than 50 days, in a hospital diagnosed with glaucoma transferred to our hospital. Poor vision, but never wearing glasses. No history of trauma.
