艺术设计作为一门实践性很强的专业,要使其可持续发展,就要提高艺术设计的竞争力,响应教学改革和发展,为社会发展提供更多的高素质人才,并积极为艺术设计寻求崭新的人才培养模式。人才的实践培养是高校目前面临的最大问题,要提高学生的实践动手能力与专业素养,都离不开高校改革的专业竞赛和社会实践。笔者从建立以创新为驱动的人才培养模式必要性和要求着手,到专业竞赛和社会实践两种具体模式的实施,争取为艺术设计寻求一条创新性道路。
Art design as a highly practical professional, to make it sustainable development, it is necessary to improve the competitiveness of art and design, in response to teaching reform and development, for social development to provide more high-quality personnel, and actively for the art design Seeking a brand new talent training mode. The training of talents is the biggest problem facing colleges and universities at present. To improve their practical ability and professionalism, they can not do without the professional competitions and social practices in colleges and universities. The author starts from the necessity and requirement of establishing innovation-driven talent training mode and implements two specific modes of professional competition and social practice so as to seek for an innovative path for artistic design.
