以放射自显影方法研究了AT-1727对小鼠S_(180)(腹水型)细胞动力学的影响。腹腔注射AT-1727 50 mg/kg后标记指数由未给药时的31.1%逐时下降,24小时后降到14.5%,对秋水仙碱阻断后的标记有丝分裂指数也有明显抑制,说明药物有减少S期细胞和延缓S和/或G_2期细胞进入M期的作用。AT-1727可使分裂细胞受损伤,表现为染色体凝聚、粘连,分裂被阻于中期。药物有抑制细胞对DNA前体物的掺入的作用,对G_0期细胞却无明显损伤作用。说明该药为一细胞周期特异性药物。
