目的探讨头部伽玛刀在低级别胶质瘤术后治疗中的疗效和作用。方法回顾性分析自2008年3月至2009年12月38例伽玛刀治疗的低级别胶质瘤术后病人临床资料。肿瘤容积8.78±3.24cm3;边缘剂量14.56±3.98Gy,用40%～55%等剂量曲线覆盖病灶。结果平均随访时间10.2个月(1～24个月),头颅MRI检查显示治疗后3个月内79.31%(29/38)肿瘤缩小大于25%,3～6个月为88.2%(30/34),6～12个月为80%(20/25),12～24个月为70%(7/10)。治疗后12个月,仍有40%(4/10)肿瘤消失,2例出现症状性脑水肿。结论伽玛刀治疗是低级别胶质瘤手术治疗后一种有效、安全的方法。
Objective To investigate the curative effect and effect of head gamma knife in the treatment of low grade gliomas. Methods The clinical data of 38 patients with low-grade glioma after gamma knife treatment from March 2008 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. The tumor volume was 8.78 ± 3.24cm3; the marginal dose was 14.56 ± 3.98Gy, and the lesion was covered with isodose curve of 40% -55%. Results The average follow-up time was 10.2 months (range 1-24 months). MRI examination showed that 79.31% (29/38) of the tumors were reduced by more than 25% in 3 months and 88.2% in 3-6 months (30/34 ), 80% (20/25) in 6-12 months and 70% (7/10) in 12-24 months. At 12 months after treatment, 40% (4/10) of the tumors were still disappeared and 2 patients had symptomatic brain edema. Conclusion Gamma knife treatment is an effective and safe method for the treatment of low-grade glioma.
