我厂生产的26时及24时自行车立叉的一端工艺要求如图1,它既要压扁,又要切边,而且外观要求光滑完整。按照通常的冲压工艺,认为薄管要经过压扁、切边两道工序,才能完成该项要求。为了提高生产率,我针对这种情况作了大胆的尝试,把两道工序合并为一道,而且模具结构很简单。这样既减少了人力物力,又能较好地保证工艺要求。此模具目前已生产了一万五千件,仍然完整无损。该模具结构见图2。 当滑块下降时,凸模与压扁浮块在橡皮垫的弹力范围内先将管子压扁。滑块继续下
