我国天然气管道周边区域人口从稀疏到稠密的演变,会使管道地区的等级发生变化。为保障地区等级升级后运行的安全性与经济性,比较国内外地区等级划分标准,参考美国关于地区等级升级管道的管理方法,建立地区等级升级管道3级评价流程。其中,综合评估准则是从使用年限、制造工艺等方面,综合评估管道升级后的承载能力、运行状况及潜在风险。最后,提出包括技术改造和定期维护2个方面的地区等级升级后的风险管理措施。
The evolution from sparse to dense population in the surrounding area of natural gas pipeline in our country will change the grade of pipeline area. In order to ensure the safety and economy of the operation after the district level upgrade, compare the grade classification standards at home and abroad, and refer to the management method of the district level upgrade pipeline in the United States, establish the grade 3 assessment process of district level upgrade pipeline. Among them, the comprehensive assessment criteria are from the service life, manufacturing processes, etc., a comprehensive assessment of the carrying capacity of pipelines after the upgrade, operating conditions and potential risks. Finally, we put forward the risk management measures after the regional level upgrade, which includes two aspects: technological transformation and regular maintenance.
