山东冠县清水公社广播站是1959年1月建立的。在这以前,因为公社组织规模大,活动范围广,公社党委为了便于指挥生产、部署工作,就酝酿办广播站,可是因为公社没电源,始终没能办。后来,县里叫用收音机改一改,建立公社广播站。当时我们对这个办法抱着半信半疑的态度,所以就确定拿出一部次收音机改一下试一试。这样,花了三十多元钱改了机子,又花几十元买了电池,就把广播站建立起来了。当时说它能带动二百二十多只喇叭,使四十多个村都能听
