胆石症患者的口服药物──消溶肝胆结石片作为一种非创伤性的溶石疗法已开始应用于临床[1]。其适用范围较欧美等西方国家惯用的溶石药物UDCA（熊去氧胆酸）和CDCA（鹅去氧胆酸）更广泛一些。而巨临床疗效明显，副反应低，费用低廉。但该药物作用也容易受到临床相关因素的影响，
