随着靖边气田的滚动开发,原料天然气中碳硫比较勘探开发初期有所升高,导致天然气净化装置原料气气质严重偏离设计条件,装置运行能耗增加,产品气CO_2含量不合格,本文主要针对这一问题,对现状进行了详细分析,并通过分析时比表明:更换对CO_2气体吸收性能较好的溶液是解决这一问题的最佳途径,并通过理论计算提出了200×10~4m~3/d净化装置的改造思路。
