仲春时节,宁夏回族自治区固原县城郊东岳山、黄峁山、短山头,三山长达10公里的地段,红旗招展,横幅悬空,车水马龙,喇叭高歌,1.8万名地县机关干部和驻地部队官兵的义务植树活动进入了高潮。 自1982年起,固原地区认真贯彻全国人大四次会议决议精神,把义务植树与林业建设紧密结合,常抓不懈,每年都要组织干部群众和驻固部队官兵大搞义务植树活动。通过建立地县乡三级义务植树基地,乡镇以上党政领导及行业部门创办绿化点,大力倡导为官一任造福一方,全面实行各级领导干部任期绿化目标责任
