安徽庐江人,号百川堂、燕庐。进修于中央美术学院书法高研班。现为中国书法家协会会员、安徽省书法家协会行书委员会委员、合肥市庐江县文联专职书法家。凌海涛的书法创作崇尚写心见性、理趣并重,追求质朴清逸之境。作品被各类文博机构及私人藏家广泛收藏,多家主流媒体专题推介,曾应邀赴日、韩交流。其作品曾获中国书协主办的“信德杯”“孔子艺术奖”“第二届翁同书法奖”及全国书展优秀奖,获二○一一年度“中国书法进万家活动”全国先进个人荣誉称号,连续三年获安徽书法发展贡献奖,获北京水墨公益基金会、《中国书画》杂志提名的“安徽省十大青年书法家”称号。二○一二年,行书册页《金冬心题画记》获第四届﹃兰亭奖﹄佳作一等奖。收藏热线:13942899668刘老师
