The development of an export-oriented economy has accelerated the transformation of China’s industrial structure and the process of economic take-off through the international major cycle. This is a visionary economic development strategy. The construction industry, which is one of the pillars of labor-intensive industries and national economic industries, should of course be integrated into the international cycle, and contracting construction projects into tenders is an important bridge for communicating the construction industry and infrastructure and the international big-cycle strategy.
