冯健起,男,汉族,1967年12月出生。1988年毕业于西南农业大学土壤与植物营养专业,同年9月被分配到开封市蔬菜科学研究所,工作至今;副研究员,现任开封蔬菜科学研究所业务副所长,禹王台区第一届政协常委。1995年加入“九三”学社,现任“九三”学社农林支社委员;2006年加入中国共产党。1988年至今,他一直从事蔬菜育种、新品种示范和高产栽培技术研究,主持国家、省、市科技项目10余项。
