柔道作为一种奥运竞技体育项目,从传入我国以来,在青少年体育运动中得到了较快的发展,目前我国中小学体育运动课程中都开设了柔道项目。柔道运动具有强身健体、防身自卫、陶冶情操的作用。青少年作为未来中国的栋梁之才,学习柔道运动不仅有利于养成良好的行为习惯,同时可以提高身体素质,加强心理健康。本文将柔道的起源作为出发点,分析柔道练习对青少年身体各方面的影响,以及青少年在柔道练习应注意的问题,在掌握更多体育技能的同时,全面强化身体机能,提升精神状态,激发学习的积极性。
Judo, as an Olympic athletics sport, has developed rapidly in adolescent sports since it came to our country. At present, Judo project has been set up in the sports curriculums of primary and secondary schools in our country. Judo exercise with physical fitness, self-defense, cultivate the role of sentiment. Adolescents as future pillars of China, learning Judo is not only conducive to the development of good habits, but also can improve physical fitness and strengthen mental health. Based on the origin of Judo, this article analyzes the impact of judo practice on all aspects of adolescent body, as well as the issues that juvenile should pay attention to in judo practice. While mastering more sports skills, it comprehensively strengthens bodily functions, enhances mental state and stimulates learning Positivity.
