目的:观察中西医结合治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜临床疗效。方法:治疗组中医以健脾活血为主,根据病情分别兼以清热凉血、滋阴降火、益气温阳等;西医以地塞米松、丙种球蛋白等。对照组单用西药。结果:治疗组总有效率94.3%。对照组总有效率71.4%。两组总疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效较好,优于单用西药。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods: Chinese medicine in the treatment group mainly spleen and blood circulation, depending on the condition of both heat and cooling blood, yin and lowering fire, such as yang warming; Western medicine to dexamethasone, gamma globulin. Control group alone with western medicine. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.3%. The control group, the total effective rate 71.4%. The total efficacy between the two groups was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative medicine treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura better effect, better than single western medicine.
