读者秦惠萍:三个月前的晚上,我驾驶三轮摩托车回家途中,遇黎某驾驶小轿车相向而来,由于其没有将远光灯变换为近光灯,致使我在强光下无法看清道路,虽然已经减速,但还是连车带人翻入了路边水沟,左腿骨折。事后,我要求黎某赔偿医疗费用,遭其拒绝,理由是其所驾小轿车与我的三轮摩托车并没有接触,造成如此后果,完全是由于我自己操作不当。
