目的:探讨川芎中挥发油的提取工艺及其β-CD包合工艺。方法:采用单因素实验法对川芎中挥发油提取的加水量及提取时间进行考察;以β-CD加入量、温度和搅拌时间为考察因素,以包合物收得率及挥发油利用率为评价指标进行综合评价,采用正交试验法优选出最佳包合工艺。结果:川芎中挥发油提取的最佳工艺为加10倍量的水,水蒸气蒸馏法提取6h,挥发油平均得率为0.585%(mL/g);挥发油β-CD包合的最佳工艺为油:β-CD为1∶6,30℃超声1h,包合物收得率及挥发油利用率分别为74.52%、65.24%。结论:该工艺稳定、可行。
Objective: To investigate the extraction of volatile oil from Rhizoma Chuanxiong and its β-CD inclusion process. Methods: The single factor experiment was used to study the water extraction and extraction time of volatile oil in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. The content of β-CD, temperature and stirring time were used as the investigation factors. The yield of inclusion compound and the utilization rate of volatile oil To conduct a comprehensive evaluation, using orthogonal test method to optimize the best inclusion process. Results: The best extraction technology of volatile oil in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort was water plus 10 times of water, steam extraction 6 h, the average yield of volatile oil was 0.585% (mL / g). The optimum process of β-CD inclusion : β-CD was 1: 6 and sonicated at 30 ℃ for 1 h. The yield of inclusion compound and the utilization rate of volatile oil were 74.52% and 65.24%, respectively. Conclusion: The process is stable and feasible.
