改革开放以来,我国经济取得较大幅度增长,然而经济总量的增加,并不必然地产生公平与正义。在全面建成小康社会的进程中,中国经济和社会发展已进入敏感期,人与人、人与社会、人与自然的矛盾凸显。在经济转型与制度改革的关键时期,党的十八大为我们勾勒出“美丽中国”的发展蓝图,其中蕴含了人民富裕、国家富强、环境友好、和谐发展等丰富内容。我们应以马克思主义科学的、历史的、辩证的正义观为价值准则,倡导勤劳致富,促进起点公平、机会均等,维护环境正义,实现经济的可持续增长与社会的和谐发展。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has made a substantial increase. However, the increase of the total economy does not necessarily result in fairness and justice. In the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, China’s economic and social development has entered a sensitive period. The conflicts between people, people, society and between man and nature have become prominent. In the crucial period of economic restructuring and system reform, the 18th National Party Congress outlined the blueprint for the development of “beautiful China”, which contains such rich contents as affluence of the people, prosperity of the country, environment friendliness and harmonious development. We should use Marxist scientific, historical and dialectical concepts of justice as the values guideline, promote hard work and prosperity, promote fairness in starting points and equal opportunities, safeguard environmental justice, and achieve sustainable economic growth and harmonious social development.
