资金是企业运营的“血液”。现金流量已经成为评价企业信誉、企业发展潜力和企业价值评估的重要指标,随着市场化程度不断加深,企业的经营方式特别是资金运作方式须要改革,资金运作效率高低直接关系到资本的效率,也关系到企业本身的生存与发展。可见企业加强资金管理对企业立于不败之地和保持可持续发展能力越来越重要。因此,有必要制定一些可行的企业资金运作的方式及相关的对策以进一步提高其运营效益。
