高职院校以培养符合市场需求的、具有竞争力和发展潜力的高素质技能型人才为目标,而人才培养方案就是基于上述目标而制定的,其中规范统一的课程标准又是提高和保障教学质量、实现人才培养目标的有效途径,本文对高职院校课程标准建设的必要性和我国高职课程标准改革存在的问题进行分析,从而提出改革我国高职院校课程标准、使之与市场发展动态相一致的建议。
