论文部分内容阅读
对2005—2009年SC I收录的哈尔滨工业大学论文进行了统计分析,肯定成绩的同时也提出存在的问题与不足,并给出相应的对策,以期为学校制定职称评定和科技奖励相应政策提供数据支持。
The papers of Harbin Institute of Technology collected from SC I in 2005-2009 are statistically analyzed. The achievements and the problems and shortcomings of existing papers are also presented. Corresponding countermeasures are also given to provide data for the corresponding policies of the school to establish the title evaluation and science and technology awards stand by.
