由于全介质自承式光缆在电力通信系统应用中的独特优点,得到了广大电力通信工作者的认可和一致欢迎。但是,在大面积普及应用的过程中,无论是进口还是国内生产的产品都因为电腐蚀的问题,在运行中出现了一些故障案例,甚至发生了断缆,不免令人担忧。深入分析研究其产生电腐蚀的原因及解决措施,科学合理地发挥该种光缆的最佳性能和确保长期安全可靠运行等显得格外重要和十分迫切。以山东电网2000年二期光缆工程和2001年三期光缆工程中建设的光缆网10多年来的运行情况为基础,对该种光缆电腐蚀问题进行了分析研究。
Due to the unique advantages of all-media self-supported optical fiber cable in the application of power communication system, it has been recognized and unanimously welcomed by the majority of power communication workers. However, in the process of popularization and application of large area, both the imported and domestically produced products have some problems in operation due to the problem of galvanic corrosion, and even the disconnection of cables has been a cause of concern. It is very important and urgent to analyze and study the causes and solutions of the electric corrosion generated by them in detail, to give full play to the best performance of the optical cable and ensure long-term safe and reliable operation. Based on the operation of optical cable network constructed in the second phase of optical fiber cable project of Shandong Power Grid in 2000 and the third phase of optical cable project in 2001, the problem of electric corrosion of the optical cable is analyzed.
