目的观察脑红蛋白在脑出血患者血清中的表达变化,探讨脑红蛋白在脑出血中的作用。方法 ELISA法检测10例正常体检患者,18例脑出血(以CT影像学确诊)患者损伤后3 h、6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h患者血清NGB浓度。结果 (1)脑出血组血清NGB表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血清中NGB含量在损伤后3h处于高水平,其后逐渐下降,12 h后逐渐增高,至24 h再次升高,而后下降至较低水平;(2)NGB在血清中表达程度与出血量的多少呈正相关。结论脑出血诱导脑红蛋白的表达,发挥其脑保护作用,NGB血清学水平与神经细胞受损的程度相关,受损情况越重,脑红蛋白在血清中的含量越高。
Objective To observe the expression of neuroglobin in the serum of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and to explore the role of neuroglobin in cerebral hemorrhage. Methods ELISA was used to detect serum NGB in 10 patients with normal physical examination and 18 patients with cerebral hemorrhage (confirmed by CT imaging) at 3, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 h after injury. Results (1) The expression of NGB in cerebral hemorrhage group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The content of NGB in serum was high at 3h after injury and then decreased gradually, and then increased gradually after 12h , Then decreased to a lower level; (2) The expression of NGB in serum was positively correlated with the amount of bleeding. Conclusions Cerebral hemorrhage can induce the expression of neuroglobin and exert its neuroprotective effect. Serum level of NGB is related to the degree of nerve cell damage. The more severe the damage is, the higher the content of neuroglobin in serum is.
