激素后肺结核系指应用肾上腺糖皮质激素(简称激素)后发生肺结核。文献报道较少。我院自1970年1月～1995年1月间在诊治白血病及系统性红斑狼疮(简称SLE)过程中发生本病21例,现分析如下:
