新鱼腥草素是中山医学院制药厂在学习卫生部五·七干校制药厂制备合成鱼腥草素的基础上,利用椰子油丰富的十二酸为基本原料而合成的。其化学名称为:十二酰乙醛亚硫酸氢钠,分子式为:CH_3—(CH_2)_(10)—CO—CH_2—CH(OH)—SO_((?))Na。新鱼腥草素与合成鱼腥草素是同系列抗菌消炎药,临床用于治疗各种感染性疾病,如慢性盆腔炎、宫颈炎、慢性附件炎及肺炎等共122例,初步观察有效率达91%。又因鱼腥草素及椰子油中的长链脂肪都有抗真菌作用,故我们将新鱼腥草素试用来治疗孢子丝菌病2例,得到良好效果,并在体外作了抗真菌试验,报告如下:
