Unisys introduced the industry’s first 10-way Pentium Pro Windows NT server in early May with the goal of driving NT into large enterprises. According to officials at Unisys Inc. in California, the Aquanta XR / 6 server presented at NetWorld + Interop in Las Vegas features a new bus design that eliminates performance bottlenecks and breaks the current scalability constraints .
