目的 探讨缬沙坦对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾小管损伤的作用。方法 所有动物随机分为正常对照组、阿霉素肾病组、缬沙坦治疗组 ,采用大鼠尾静脉单剂量注射阿霉素 7.5mg/kg建立阿霉素肾病模型 ,治疗组同时饲以缬沙坦 ,观察其对大鼠尿蛋白、尿N -乙酰 β-D -氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)、β2 -微球蛋白 (β2 -MG)总排泄量的影响。结果 阿霉素肾病模型大鼠尿蛋白、尿NAG、β2 -MG水平均显著高于对照组 ,而缬沙坦治疗组的上述指标显著低于肾病组。结论 缬沙坦治疗能减轻阿霉素肾病模型大鼠肾小管损伤 ,可能与其减少尿蛋白排泄有关
Objective To investigate the effect of valsartan on renal tubular injury in rats with adriamycin-induced nephropathy. Methods All animals were randomly divided into normal control group, doxorubicin nephropathy group and valsartan treatment group. Adriamycin 7.5 mg / kg single-dose intravenous injection of rat tail vein was used to establish adriamycin nephropathy model. At the same time, Saxan, to observe its effects on urinary protein, urinary N - acetyl - D - glucosaminidase (NAG), β2 - microglobulin (β2 - MG) total excretion. Results The proteinuria, urinary NAG, β2-MG level in adriamycin nephropathy model rats were significantly higher than those in the control group, while those in the valsartan treatment group were significantly lower than those in the nephropathy group. Conclusion Valsartan can reduce renal tubular injury in rats with adriamycin-induced nephropathy, which may be related to the decrease of urinary protein excretion
