乱收费问题是广大人民群众反映强烈的热点问题。近几年来,各级党委、政府把治理乱收费、加强收费管理、减轻农民和企业负担作为一项重要工作来抓,下重手、出重拳整治乱收费问题,取得了明显成效。但由于造成乱收费的深层次问题未能得到根本解决,乱收费现象屡禁不止,成了久治不愈
The issue of indiscriminate charges is a hot issue that the masses of people strongly reflect. In recent years, the party committees and governments at all levels have made remarkable achievements in handling indiscriminate charges, stepping up charges management, alleviating the burden on peasants and enterprises as an important task, laying heavy hand on punishing and punishing arbitrary charges. However, since the deep-seated problems of causing arbitrary charges have not been fundamentally solved, the phenomenon of indiscriminate charges has been repeatedly banned and has become a long-term cure.
